Maintenance

During the construction or startup period, it is common that the site doesn’t have adequate man power to maintain the equipments delivered and installed. We support our clients during that period by providing day-to-day operation support.

Even after the equipments are certified and turned over to the end-users, the site owner or their operation contractor often asks us for helps on the operation and maintenance of the equipments. We offer long-term service agreement with those clients with our performance guarantees.  We also work with our clients on Time and Material basis.

Our maintenance contract terms are very flexible. They are offered as:

• Short-term Operation and Maintenance (during construction and startup)
• Long-term Operation and Maintenance (after commercial operation)
• Quarterly and annual site visits
• 24×7 on-call maintenance service and Emergency repairs
