SCDW^TM– Self Combustion Detection and Warning

• Combustible fine dust accumulation is always a potential fire or explosion hazard.  It happens in many industries, such as coal processing and storage, cement production, steel mill, food processing, or many specialty metal production.
• SCDW™ monitors the combination of gaseous parameters, temperature, and opacity of the area.  Linear temperature increase and dust cloud formation are signs of inorganic combustible dust fire/explosion.  For organic dust, including coal, incomplete combustion is characteristic of potential fire or explosions.
• As a member of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), we fully understand what causes fire/explosion and how to detect the warning signs.  We carefully design the system specifically for our clients’ process on site.
